This project was completed in Spring 2019, replacing three (3) 80-ton packaged rooftop units for Longfellow Real Estate at one of the buildings they manage in Cambridge, MA .
The project included modifications to the existing curb for new units, electrical construction, and duct work.
Since the project required a street closure MTECH NE LLC worked with town offices to arrange for the closure along with police details.
