MTECH NE LLC has been contracted by MACOM to replace two (2) 54,000 cfm OA make-up air units that condition outside air for the clean rooms at their facility. This $1.1M project is broken into two phases to minimize down time, with one unit being replaced in each phase. In addition to the air handler units, both phases include installation of new piping, controls, electrical components, and commissioning.
The MTECH NE LLC team carefully coordinates each step in the process with subcontractors and site management in order to successfully meet the owners schedule requirements.
The second lift is scheduled for October after all of the supporting components are in place.
